Back home for a few days. Of course Dawn and i went to Biram's Yoga as soon as we could. We have been going to this particular studio for several years. The owner is Melissa McMurray and she is one of the original "pioneers" of Bikram's yoga. My brother in law Mohamed first introduced us to this practice. Now my sister Debora is an instructor and we are loyal fans.
